ONLINE RETURN POLICIES
We hope everything you purchased from Great Stuff is perfect, but in the event, you need a different size, color, or style, or it simply didn’t meet your expectations, we are here to help.
We offer returns within 10 days of you receiving your order. Your refund will be made to your original payment method and a 3% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
All returns must be postmarked within 10 days of the delivery date to avoid cancellation or additional fees.
To initiate a return, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a Return Authorization. When requesting an RA, include all items from your transaction that you would like to return. Please allow up to 72 hours for your return request to be received and approved.
Please note the following exceptions to our return policy:
- Items discounted more than 50% are FINAL and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in the original packaging (unworn, unwashed, unaltered).
- No returns are accepted on bags, hats, jewelry, perfumes, underwear, masks, or special orders.
- We reserve the right to deny a refund based on the condition or the tardiness of the returned merchandise.
Ship Us Your Return
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
You have two options for shipping us your returned items.
- Purchase a return shipping label from Great Stuff. The cost (a minimum of $10.00) will be deducted from your refund. Please contact us for a return shipping label.
- Ship back to us, at your expense, using the carrier of your choice.
Multiple orders can be returned in the same package if returns are initiated for each order and all return packing slips are included.
Drop Off In-Store
Bring your RA receipt to any Great Stuff store for a refund, in accordance with our policy above. The receipt can be printed or shown to a store associate on your mobile device.
Please allow up to 3-4 days for your return to be processed.
Once we receive your return, we will refund the purchase amount to the original form of payment.
Please allow 7-10 days for your return to be processed.
Need an exchange? Follow the return steps above and simply place a new order for your replacement item(s).
