ONLINE RETURN POLICIES
We hope everything you purchased from Great Stuff is perfect, but in the event you need a different size, color or style, or it simply didn’t meet your expectations, we are here to help.
We offer returns within 14 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return policy:
- Items discounted 70% or more are FINAL and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging (unworn, unwashed, unaltered).
- No returns on bags, hats, jewelry, perfumes, underwear, masks, or special orders.
- We reserve the right to deny a refund based on the condition or the tardiness of the returned merchandise.
In order to initiate a return, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to get a Return Authorization. When initiating an RA, include all items from your transaction that you would like to return. Please allow up to 72 hours for your return request to be received and approved. Online orders that are returned must be received within 14 days of postmarked date.
Ship Us Your Return
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping, $10.00 for any number of items, will be deducted from your refund.
Order exceeding $500 are eligible for free return shipping. Please contact us for a return shipping label.
Multiple orders can be returned in the same package if returns are initiated for each order and all return packing slips are included.
Once we receive your return, we will refund the purchase amount to the original form of payment.
Please allow 7-10 days for your return to be processed.
Drop Off In-Store
Bring your RA receipt to any Great Stuff store for a refund, in accordance with our policy. The receipt can be printed or shown to a store associate on your mobile device.
Please allow up to 3-4 days for your return to be processed.
